Beautiful terrace apartment (116 sqm) with 2 bedrooms, small kitchen, living room, shower room and a beautiful terrace. The house is centrally located in the port city of El Jadida, opposite the Portuguese fortress district and 300m from the port. The beach is within walking distance (6 min). On the ground floor there is a café JENINE, in the adjoining house a bakery and a pharmacy. Parking is available in front of the house (guarded - about 90 Ct / night). Care permanently on site.

The space
Opposite the apartement there is a small palm park, as well as the historic Portuguese fortified quarter with nice small craft shops and cafes / restaurants. The Portuguese cistern can be visited (admission about 10 dirhams). In the immediate vicinity (in and around the harbor) are several fish restaurants.
