Cozy 100% detached house decorated in vibrant colors. It has views of the volcanoes of Fuego and Acatenango, two bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with two single beds and spacious wardrobes, 1.5 bathrooms, living room with fireplace, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, large fully private garden perfect for meals or dinners outdoors and parking for two vehicles.
Located in a very quiet neighborhood 15 minutes walk from the central park.

It is a spacious detached house for guest use only. It has two levels: on the upper level there are two rooms, both very bright with views of the volcanoes and spacious wardrobes, a full bathroom and a small room. On the main level is the living room with a large glass window overlooking the garden, the dining room, also with access to the garden, a toilet, a fully equipped kitchen and a laundry area.
The house features a quiet and totally private garden for guest use, ideal for churrasco and alfresco dining or just soaking in the sun and enjoying the pleasant climate of Antigua Guatemala.
If you need parking we have space for two or three vehicles within the neighborhood's private area.
