Where you’ll be

Centro, Minas Gerais, Brazil

We are, in the language of urban planners, in the hyper-center, at the corner of the streets of Tupis and Rio de Janeiro, many of the current buildings were built at the same time as Brasília-DF, in the same style, are spacious apartments, suitable to be shared with those who want to discover the city or even the entire State.
Shopping Cidade, on the same block, brings a lot of convenience, two churches, less than 100 meters away, give the neighborhood, with its chimes, an interior atmosphere. The largest, São José, was built between 1902 and 1910, at the foundation of the capital, recently painted in the colors of the original project (photo). The smallest, N.S. do Rosário, dates from 1819, when the place was called Curral del Rey.
We have a Supernosso supermarket on the same block, access in the 3S of the Shopping Mall or by Rua São Paulo, from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.; Restaurants very close, on the same street the long tradition Buteco Bahia, meat cakes and cod, in addition to the specially created dishes, since 2000 for the annual contest "Comida Di Butecos". Also, at Rua Rio de Janeiro, 661 (near Praça Sete), on a pedestrian stretch, with a wide outdoor area, live music, good beer and good cuisine: pop & KID. The Cidades shopping mall also has a very diverse offer, in its various food courts.
A little further away, near Raul Soares square, our tip is the Villa do Príncipe, beautiful and large space, with barbecue and great self-service at lunch, Rua dos Guajajaras 1436 .

    During your stay

We always have a hot coffee and, in Minas Gerais, we like a prose bar (a good conversation). The environment is "friendly" without discrimination of any kind.
