This waterfront, spacious, restored mid-century cottage is located in-town in historic Dover, TN. It features a great view of the Cumberland River/Lake Barkley. This property is central to Hunting, Fishing, Boating, Kayaking, and Civil War Battlefield Sites. Convenient to Ft. Donelson, walk 300 ft to the Surrender House. Dining and shopping are only 1 block away. The closest boat ramp is a half mile away. 5 miles from Land Between the Lakes! 30 Minute drive to Ft. Campbell Gate 10.

The space
Rustically rich with 1940 original antique wood floors, ceilings, and more! Updated throughout with new modern amenities including central heat/air, windows, washer/dryer, ceiling fans, and appliances. This cottage features 2 spacious and separate private bedrooms. Each bedroom has a queen sized bed. The Master Bedroom has direct access with a door to the 1 bathroom that is also accessible through the living area. The living area features a sleeper sofa and smart TV. Guest Netflix account is included. Internet connection with WiFi - 16Mbps. The kitchen is fully equipped and brand new with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops.

Located on a 65 ft wide lot that spans 250 ft to the water. Parking on the street easily accommodates 2 full size trucks, or a truck with trailer. Great view from the back deck! A boat dock is planned soon.
