Long Term Reservation:
Located by the sea in the Second Jardim Boa Viagem. Second building to be built on Avenida Boa Viagem, in 1953. The historic building was signed by the Rio architect Acácio Gil Borsoi. In addition to the beach and public leisure areas by the sea, the surroundings have: cafes, cafes, the best restaurants in the region, supermarkets, laundry, public transportation, commerce in general, among others. The condominium has a 24-hour concierge and internal monitoring with cameras.
The space
Long Term Reservation:
The apartment is exclusive to the booked guest.
It is bright and airy with side view of the beach on the 11thfloor and availability of internet and smart TV/ Netflix.
It has been completely renovated (including electric and hydraúlica network) and has support infrastructure (minibar, electric induction stove, electric coffee maker, utensils, bed and bath linens), air conditioning, among others. There is no hot water in the sink (kitchen and bathroom).
Standard size double bed (1.38m X 1.88m).
The water supply is predominantly from an underground catchment well and is not indicated for cooking and drinking.
The historic building has old infrastructure (without modernization) and some guests have indicated in their feedback that the building's maintenance and common areas are not satisfactory.
However, the apartment is fully renovated and equipped to receive you comfortably and contribute to you having a great trip.
Upon your arrival, the apartment will be sanitized and organized.
Below are the house rules drawn up from previous experiences with other hospitals for your knowledge.

1. Internet Vivo Fiber 70Mbps download and 35Mbps upload.
2. Passwords access to the apartment (electronic lock) and internet will be sent on the day of check-in.
3. The apartment has several appliances and other equipment.
Please, after use, keep the equipment clean for the next use.
If any equipment does not work, please contact me for verification. Do not perform the repair.
In the event of a malfunction due to the misuse of the equipment, an additional amount will be charged for replacement.
If it is identified that the appliances and pans were left dirty, with food scraps, an additional cleaning fee of R$90.00 will be charged.
4. They are available for exclusive use in the apartment sheet, cover, pillows and towels. Please make the correct use.
Do not remove makeup, sunscreen, among others with the linen available.
If stains are identified that are not possible to leave after washing, an additional amount will be charged for replacement.
5. Please store food in closed plastic bags or in sealed containers to avoid attracting vectors (ants, cockroaches...). The apartment is permanently sanitized and fumigated.
6. Is there any food left? Please take it with you or leave it stored in a closed plastic bag for later disposal.
7. The bathroom has liquid soap, shampoo, conditioner and toilet paper for exclusive use on site. Please use in a conscientious manner. The shower head is hot / cold (electric shower).
8. Smart TV has a Netflix account (California Airbnb). Please do not change the setting/password.
9. The apartment features large glass window and black out curtains.
10. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. The apartment is equipped with a smoke detector. If identified, an additional cleaning fee of R$150.00 will be charged for specific cleaning.
11. The chair provided for reading is not suitable for leaving luggage.
We suggest leaving the suitcases on the top and bottom shelves of the cabinet (measure of a standard medium suitcase).
