«Anemoni» is a traditional 19th-century house, characteristic of the architectural style of Northern Greece in a picturesque and traditional village, Foustani. Stone, two-storey with hayati, tarpaulins and painted fireplaces. On the ground floor the space is configured as a living room kitchen with fireplace, while on the first floor there are two bedrooms that communicate with each other, with double beds, a bathroom and a living room room with office. The house is surrounded by an acre garden fenced off.

The space
Guests can enjoy the nature and tranquility of the scenery, while they can have rich experiences, such as swimming in the thermal waters of Pozar and the blue lake, riding in the equestrian club, climbing, hiking, biking, tennis, fishing, visiting monasteries and churches. The garden with all kinds of herbs, flowers, fruitful shrubs and huge ash trees calms the soul of visitors and rejoices their palate, since they can taste all these fruits. Central to the garden is the barbecue, where guests can cook either on the grill or in the traditional wood oven (charcoal and all equipment are provided free of charge). As the house is traditional, visitors come into contact with the tradition and history of the place. The hidden room is the one that attracts and hides its secrets well, but every object has its own story. In the kitchen there is suitable equipment for cooking and preparation of coffee and other beverages (kettle, espresso briquette, coffee maker, Greek coffee briquette) which guests can enjoy indefinitely and without any charge either by the fireplace or in the hayati with the mideri (sofa) and the pillows or in the garden. Pets are welcome and stay is free of charge. Three bicycles are also provided free of charge, and all age board games are available in the living room. Nearby there are wineries with tasting potential, businesses producing honey, mushrooms and fish trout. Events are organized throughout the region all year round. Every August there are cultural events in Fustani, while in July there is the famous Pozar Music Festival (25 minutes from home). The famous Pozar baths are very close by and guests can swim in outdoor or indoor swimming pools or in the river. Artificial lakes and waterfalls, such as the Blue Lake, are located nearby. Cheese, tsipouro, cherry, chestnut, kourbani, bamboo kolinda and surva, koulouma, carnival ,May Day, cultural reunion are organized all year round. The place and people are my passions, which is why I do a lot of local history. I'm an educator and author of local history books. I love reading, telling personal stories, and traveling. Favorite travel destinations are Thessaloniki, Istanbul, London, Crete and Chalkidiki. Favorite books is the World of Wisdom in Gaardner and the Alchemist of Coelio. Favorite movies, Sintler and Paradise Cinema Cinema. Music Hatzidaki and the Rolling Stones Rainbow. I like traditional food in every place.
What I want as a host is to provide the guest with one kind of comfort and warmth, and on the other hand, feel like they're in a home away from home, where they can relax from the stress of everyday life, create no pressure and stress, and leave with pleasant memories. My life's moto is carpe diem (it took a day). This is what I recommend to my guests.
