Cosy above the sea apartment for 2+2 with one bedroom and sofa bed in living room , one bathroom, kitchen and beautiful terrace with sea view with deckchairs and otside table are perfect place to start the rest of your holiday.Located in the house on the 2nd floor.
Private beach is just 15meters below apartment. Open fire place for fish and meat grill is included outside the house. You just have to enjoy the sea and the sun below the house.
Loungers for beach and terrace are included.

The Apartment is well equipped, cozy and gives a feeling that you are at home. Terrace overviews sea and small islands, private costal area is below apartment,whenever you feel like jumping in and swiming you can because sea is 15m below apartment. If you prefer a pebble beach there is one 5min walk from the apartment.

Apartment is unique because it's just by the sea, you can jump in the crystal clear Adriatic anytime night or day, and there is outside shower above the beach as well.
Deckchairs are on the terrace inside the apartment and as well on the beach.
Neighbourhood is peacful and quite, and if you are in the mood for party it has to be over at 22pm

Since the 80s , renting apartments as our holiday home has been preserved through generation and have (through my parents ) long tradition of providing our summer home for many guests that many of them have become our Prizba family, hoping to show the true MEDITERRANEAN vacation in house just By The Sea, surrounded with pine trees, crickets and may sunny days. Grilled fish, and mozzarella salad with basil and olive oil is my specialty to share with my guests as well as srdela,local fish on grill.
