Welcome to our house , 10 minutes from the beaches of Seignosse, Soorts Hossegor, 15 min from Hossegor and Capbreton, in a development undergoing expansion. The garden, the covered terrace, its sunbathing, hammock and heated pool are pleasant !
The house has 4 bedrooms, one with an independent entrance (bathroom and toilet) on the ground floor.
Close to all amenities, you can walk to the bakery, skate park or restaurant!

The space
New house of 135 m2, on a plot of 500m2 , with 3 parking spaces.
We will remove most of our personal belongings and leave at your disposal games, toys, adult and children's books......to allow you to have a pleasant stay.
The house is air-conditioned （except the ground floor bedroom ）, we provide towels and kitchen essentials (oil, vinegar, salt, spices, coffee...).
The beds will be made upon your arrival.
If necessary, we can provide childcare equipment at your request.
You will have access to a pantry with washing machine, dryer and a second fridge.
The swimming pool is heated, it measures 3mx7m with a flat bottom of 1m50 depth. It has a submerged bench then a few steps for a gradual entry into the water. It is protected by an electric rolling curtain.

We don't charge renters for cleaning. Everyone must leave the house clean when they leave (if not, you may be asked to pay a €120 fee via Airbnb ). Household products are provided free of charge. If you wish, we can put you in touch with someone who works regularly with us in the summer.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire house, except the garage.

Other things to note
Accommodation of additional guests, especially in tents in the garden, is prohibited.
Be careful, we do not have a safety barrier at the top of the stairs for the little ones, but the pool is protected by an electric curtain.
