Welcome to the newly built Whitehouse Garden Apartment. Located in a quiet Bath neighbourhood within walking distance of the city centre, the apartment has it's own private garden & on-site parking bay. The inside space has been thoughtfully designed & equipped to a high standard. Comfy seating, large open plan living area, nest heating system, spacious well equipped kitchen, bedroom with king size bed , bathroom with rainfall shower, high speed internet & free SKY/Netflix & Amazon TV.

The space
The Whitehouse Garden Apartment is located 1.4 miles from the city in the Oldfield Park area of Bath. It is a newly built self contained building with its own garden/patio area with seating. There is a deck leading to the double front doors and a glass balcony looking down into the patio area.
The apartment comprises of a large airy open plan kitchen, living area, a bedroom and a separate shower room.
The fully equipped kitchen contains a beautiful red Smeg fridge, small dishwasher, microwave, toaster,pod coffee machine and a large selection of kitchen equipment.
The living area boosts a luxury leather sofa, that can be converted into a very comfortable bed for additional guests. There is also a comfy armchair with plenty of cushions and throws. There is also a good sized table and seating for four in the living area. There is a flat screen TV that includes SKY, Amazon Prime and Netflix, plus a soundbar which you can Bluetooth your own music.
The bedroom contains a king size bed and plenty of hanging space, chest of drawers and a flat screen TV.
The bathroom has a large skylight and has a shower cubicle with a rainfall shower head. Plenty of fluffy towels and toiletries are provided. There is a full length mirror outside the bathroom.
There is a washing machine and tumble dryer located in the cupboard next to the bathroom. There is also an iron, ironing board and hoover in there.
The apartment has its own heating system that is controlled by a Nest unit located in the kitchen.
You are provided with your own parking bay directly outside the apartment on a gravel driveway.
Myself and my husband live in the main house on site so are on hand if you do require any assistance but also we fully respect your privacy during your stay.

The apartment is situated in the Oldfield Park area of Bath. It is a 30 minute walk into the city centre. There is a bus stop located a 2 minute walk away with a frequent service to and from the city. There is a host of local amenities located 10 minutes walk away with supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants. We particularly recommend the Velo Lounge for a great breakfast and tapas among other things and also Fire & Brew for lovely pizzas and local beers and ciders.
