Experience tiny house living in this charming, cozy, private eco-friendly 120-square-foot tiny house RV with off-street parking, lush garden and sleeping loft (accessible by a ladder) featuring a queen bed and 100% Egyptian cotton sheets. Within walking distance of downtown Mill Valley, fine dining, shopping, Sweetwater Music Hall and an arts movie theater; minutes to hiking/biking trails, tennis and golf, Stinson, Tennessee and Muir beaches, and Muir Woods, 20 minutes to San Francisco.

The space
If you've been curious about tiny house RV living, here's your chance to experience it. "Jenny" (she arrived from Virginia) offers 120 square feet of cozy living space that you enter though a private garden. She's situated in the driveway of a quiet and safe residential block that I have called home for more than three decades.

She is 13 feet high in the kitchen/dining area, 6-foot-9 inches in the bathroom and living area. You will need to be able to climb a ladder to access the sleeping area. It is not suitable for anyone with restricted mobility, sorry.

A weather-proof locked storage unit can hold luggage and other items safely to free up space in the tiny house during your stay.

NOTE: Guests must be vaccinated for COVID-19 or provide proof of a recent negative COVID-19 test.

Please note that the City of Mill Valley charges a 10 percent transient occupancy tax and a 2 percent tourism tax, which means I will need to collect that from you in cash when you arrive or via Airbnb or ven mo in advance; I will email the amount owed upon booking.

Because Airbnb does not collect taxes in the city of Mill Valley, as it does in some places, I am unable to add it upon booking. Sorry!

Jenny is located in the Kite Hill neighborhood of Mill Valley. It's a quiet and safe residential area, and most of the people on the block have lived here a long time. It's close to parks, tennis courts, a golf course, a community center with a pool and gym open to all. It's also close to downtown, with fine dining, a movie theater, the legendary Sweetwater Music Hall and the Throckmorton Theater.
