This cozy granny flat is separately contained in our house with its own entrance. Entire flat has its own bathroom and toilet, which is situated in quite street with one bedroom and one living room.
Street parking/Driveway parking is available.
Good place to live.
****Please note the flat does not have kitchen and laundry facilities, but it has a cute bar fridge, a microwave, and a kettle. *
****Given the current climate aka Covid19, we are temporarily not supplying bath towels. Please BYO. *

The bedroom has built-in robes with plenty of space.

The bathroom recently renovated, which features a shower, toilet and vanity. It is compact, but clean and neat.

The kitchenette has kettle and tea, however it does not have a sink.

A brand new Bar Fridge and Microwave are now available.

We have just had split air conditioning installed.

We provide basic toiletries such as shampoo, body wash and towels.

Wireless internet is available.

A sofa bed is available on request for extra guests.

Fan is available on request.

This property does not have TV.

Our house in which we live is freestanding with a courtyard which guests are welcome to use.
Access to the accommodation is from the side of the main house with a private, secure entrance.
