Beautiful and large F2 (53m2), completely renovated, fully equipped for 2 to 3 people, located on the ground floor of a family villa in a quiet area (PK7) at the gates of Noumea (10 minutes from downtown). Two shopping malls nearby as well as shops (butcher, bakeries, grocery stores etc ...) and bus stop. A small space in front of the F2 protected by an outdoor blind and adjoining the garden allows you to relax and enjoy the tranquility of the place.
