A very tranquil and peaceful home close to the beautiful Cotswolds and open Countryside. A close by train station takes you to the stunning city of Bath, or Bristol and beyond.

The space
“Wiltshire my home county”, after living in various homes/ locations on the South Coast of England, for over ten years living by the sea. There I also welcomed guests into my homes for short breaks and even much longer stays.

Wiltshire has so much to offer:- If you are not already a member of the National Trust, I would highly recommend becoming one. There are different National Trust properties and locations to visit close to my home almost every day of the week.

This is truly a gem of a property, Calne and my stunning home is very centraly located for all the historic attractions Wiltshire has to offer.

You really don’t have to travel to far to explore the truly beautiful Wiltshire countryside and all we have on offer. Stonehenge, or The World Heritage site at Avebury. Visit Lacock and it’s famous Abbey, or spend your day wandering the pretty streets of Bath. Bath Christmas Markets are a must. Or perhaps take a trip to Salisbury and visit the famous Catherdral, or pop inside and have a peek at Edward Heath’s (the former Prime Minister) Home “Arundells” in the Cathedral Close.

This property is very centrally located not only for bus stops but also a stroll into the historic town of Calne. its also a great location for visiting the superb market towns beyond. There is a daily bus service to nearby Marlborough which leaves Calne throughout the day. Well worth a trip if only to pass by the pretty villages with their chocolate box cottages on route. You can also get to the historic town of Devizes very easily by bus or by car. Walk up the famous Caen Hill Locks on the Kennet and Avon Canal after take your pick for lunch in the many cafes, bars and restaurants.

About myself:-

My passions are both Interior Design and also Writing for as long back as I can remember. I have had many articles published in lifestyle magazines:- “Homes and Lifestyles of the Rich & Famous”. “Wiltshire Life Magazine”.

I have also had a number of articles published on Dinning Out, (my other hat as a past food critic).

I have gained a qualification in a module of Interior Design, on both colour and light and firmly believe that our surroundings most defiantly play a huge part in our physical health and general wellbeing, we become what we think about.

At present I have two homes available exclusively for my Airbnb guests, an apartment on the South Coast, and my home in Wiltshire not far from the beautiful city of Bath.
