Spacious Private Apartment in Lovely Home. You will enjoy the entire lower level of the main house that has a separate entryway/private entrance. Just a block from the campus of Presbyterian College in a quiet, safe neighborhood. My home is also just steps from the campus of the Thornwell Home for Children and Thornwell's Lush Acres Farm.

The space
Amenities offered are a microwave, coffee maker, toaster/convection/oven and a mini fridge. There is always fresh water in the five-gallon jug water cooler.
I will provide coffee pods and tea pods/bags, cream and sugar/sweeteners along with fresh fruit and light breakfast items during your stay.

Each bedroom, as well as the main living area, has a brand new mini split ductless HVAC system with remote controls, allowing for climate-controlled temperatures throughout the Airbnb. Please note: The heat and air cannot be run simultaneously between units.

College View Subdivision is directly across the street from the campus of Presbyterian College. We are within walking distance to both the campus of Presbyterian College and our charming little downtown, where many community events and festivals are held throughout the year. Clinton is home to the annual CrossFit 864 Half Marathon held in late Jan/early Feb and we host many 5K races on any given weekend. Clinton is also home of the Hospice House of Laurens County's annual Flight of the Dove Cycling Event held in late August. Park here and ride to the start of the event at Bailey Memorial Stadium. When you finish your ride, come back to your home away from home for a refreshing splash in the pool!
