Easy commute: Sikorsky, Subway, Schick, Griffin Hospital, Bic, Yale, Bridgeport and St. Vincent's Hosps, Yale, Sacred Heart & Fairfield Univs., Albertus, Quinnipiac, UNH. Easy access to train, beaches, restaurants, parks. Close to downtown and marina, malls, outlets, grocery stores, sports venues, concerts, farms, museums, all without the noise.

Unlike many other listings, I only rent out one bedroom at a time so you will be assured of privacy. This is a spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom immaculate home situated on one acre in a quiet country setting, featuring a shared, over-sized living room, baby grand piano, formal dining room, office with printer and business level Wi Fi, kitchen, stainless appliances, and large, cozy family room. Extra large deck above the main grounds leads to large pool for summer use. Off-street parking. Walking course in neighborhood. Good time to refresh, rewind, exercise or meet up with friends. Several different paths, but all streets are wide, which makes it safe, but challenging! Guests staying here will definitely have plenty of room for privacy.

Spring - Fall juried craft fairs held on the Green. Outdoor concerts every week throughout summer. Movies nights on the Green, as well as many special events--Oyster Festival, Pirates Weekend, parades, historical guided tours, Garlic Festival, and many seasonal events. Downtown community theater and presentations.
