Two-bedroom apartment located in Al Khuwair the heart on the Capital Muscat. It has street parking and WiFi and is located in a safe area, in central of the town center and few steps walk from main highway. The area has many great restaurants and shops around. The apartment is is ideal for 4 people but could accommodate 5-6 if one person is happy with a sofa!

Apartment Overview - The apartment is on the higher floor. It has a fresh and fun ambiance with bright and eclectic decor. There is a spacious living area with lots of light and glasses, a good sized kitchen, two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The property has Wi-Fi throughout cooling air conditioner. It has a security door downstairs and a watchman. The building has residents that are friendly and quiet. There is ample parking.
Lounge - The lounge has comfy sofas, TV with free view, and speakers.
Kitchen - The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge and freezer, oven, microwave, kettle, plates, cups, bowls, pans, utensils etc. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Bedroom 1 - This room has a fantastically comfortable super king bed, a good size mirror and a wardrobe with hangers and drawers.
Bedding, extra blankets/pillows and a hairdryer are provided.
It has have a private Barhoom.

Bedroom 2 - has two single beds and a wardrobe with hangers and drawers.

Bathrooms - The bathrooms has a shower and towels are provided.
