Modern 160 m² house with a residential unit on the 1st floor with a great view of the Alps, right on the outskirts of the top tourist destination Salzburg. The wonderful Salzburg lake area is approx. 20 minutes away. The world famous Salzkammergut is only 25 minutes away.
The guests use the house completely alone. A large balcony invites you to enjoy the sunset. The garden invites you to play or relax and is protected from the eyes of the barn by a large hedge.

The house with a residential unit on the 1st floor is perfect for families, friends but also for single travelers, which prefer to live comfortable and in private atmosphere. The flat has it’s own entrance and offer 3 comfortable bed rooms, a 40m² living room area with fantastic view into the alps. The flat offers everything to spend a relaxed time with friends or family.

The house is located in a very quiet, idyllic area. In the neighborhood there are only single-family houses and traditional farms with cows and chickens. A restaurant can be reached by walk in 2 minutes. By car, many different restaurants can be reached within 5-10 minutes. There are several ways to shop in supermarkets within 3-5 minutes by car.
