Charming and airy one-bedroom apartment with a great view of the city from its private terrace. Great location in Palermo neighborhood with easy access to all transportation means (subway, buses, train). Fully equipped, accommodates 3 adults or a couple with 2 kids. Public parking lots nearby.
Strict procedures of cleanness and security are observed.

The space
This very quiet apartment has a bedroom with a queen-size bed, large closet with drawers, an LCD HD 32" TV, heating and ceiling fan. It has a cozy and sunny living-room with a sofabed (the second bed pulls out from below), dining table for four, air conditioner and heating. The integrated kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, fridge with freezer and utensils. An iron and ironing board are also supplied. Complete bathroom with bathtub, shower, bidet, hair-dryer. There is plenty of light in all areas. The private balcony/terrace has a table with four chairs, a parasol, a relax chair, tender and sink for washing clothes. It offers a great view of the city.
The apartment has internet WIFI, cable HD TV, and telephone (free for local calls). Towels and linen are included. Smoking is allowed only in the balcony.

The best way I can describe myself is by defining me as a World Traveler. Ever since I remember, I have been dreaming of and planning trips to the most remote countries in the world. Being Spanish my mother tongue and having excellent knowledge of English and French, and some of German has greatly facilitated me to get in closer contact with different cultures and people.
