Welcome to the YELLOW HOUSE (NON SMOKING/VAPING/WEED), a charming and cozy get away. This 2.4 acre setting is complete with fruit bearing trees and farm animals. The location is minutes to downtown Grand Ledge, the Grand River, Lincoln and Fitzgerald parks, The Ledges, The Island, Opera House and so much more...easy access to highways, MSU, State Capitol, festivals, shopping and restaurants. Enjoy spending time with family & friends with the conveniences of home minus the distractions! No wifi

The space
You will have plenty of leg room while spending time with family and friends. This property is used for guests only. You will not find any personal belongings in the drawers or closets because this space is just for you. This home may have some imperfections but it feels welcoming and comfortable like "grandma's house". Get ready for the welcome wagon of animals. All are pretty interested in greeting new guests. Also, because the house is old and not well insulated, it can be very warm upstairs in the summer, depending on outside temperature OR very cold in the winter. There are floor fans for the upstairs to help with air flow. Besides the 2 bedrooms on the main floor, there is plenty of room in the living room to throw some sleeping bags if the heat or cold upstairs is too uncomfortable.
