The Sunny Spot is a warm, cozy apartment—day or night. Decor is eclectic; color and personality dictate the art.

The space
This is a two-bed, two-bath apartment. Guests have their own room and hallway bathroom. I stay in the master bedroom and I have my own bathroom attached. There is a lock on the inside of your guest room for privacy when you are inside the room. Local, longer stays welcome! There is a desk and office chair available for anyone needing to work from home at this time.

There is no yard (though there is a little patio spot), which is why it is not listed as pet friendly space, though there are some neighborhood cats and dogs. Occasionally, I may have baby furry visitors because I volunteer with a pet rescue, but any little ones stay in my room and won’t bother you unless you don’t mind and I am home. If you are traveling with a pet and want to discuss if bringing them is an option, just contact me and we can chat about it.

For out of state visitors, this location affords quick access to the 55 freeway which can take you toward Disneyland, South OC, Newport Beach or LA within a matter of minutes. John Wayne airport is 7 mins away.
