This is a lower level of a Duplex house, 2 entrances, entered from outside only. Master bedroom, with King size bed and night stand. One smaller bedroom with full size bed. Living room has full size couch and a loveseat , a recliner for relaxing in front of wall mounted 50" flat screen TV. free Satellite 155CH, Free Netflix, DVD. Small kitchen, garbage disposal, dish washer, electric cook stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, crock pot, 1/2 bath, separate stand alone shower.

The space
All the stores and eateries are within a short walking distance from the Cozy Cave. Private parking area for your vehicles only. Quiet, very low crime neighborhood. Outside storage space if needed for hunting gear etc.

Just a small town of pop. approximately 800. Nice grocery store stays open until 8:00 weekdays, 6:00 weekends. Circle K convenience store open 24 hours. Both excellent places to get to go pizza orders. Two bars that also serve good food. Two other small cafe's with good food. Dollar General 1 block south, Lumber yard just up street, auto parts store west side of town. Bank with outside ATM 1 block north, Hospital 6 blocks west of Bank.

Hosts' are Kevin and Deanna, Married, Deanna is an RN, and enjoys substitute teaching, Kevin is employed as a USDA Meat Grader. We were both born and raised right here in Jetmore. This rental is nicely furnished so we thought we should offer it here on Airbnb. Our Hobbies include coyote hunting, fishing, billiards, and now grandchildren!!!
