Very safe neighbourhood as we live near the Statehouse so a lot of police and armed patrols.
In the house, all windows are security proofed and there is a security camera with motion sensors covering the entrance (just for that added benefit).
However, as you are in Africa we strongly advise guests against leaving valuables near a window that is opened for example, Or forgetting to lock the main door as only myself and the guest would be sharing the 2 bedroom space. In the event you are coming in after 22hrs, please inform me in advance so that we don't lock you out :0 The house is in a shared compund with 4 other homes so we are in good hands security wise.
