Space includes bedroom, bath w/small shower, den. House is in quiet safe neighborhood 5 miles from airport & Keeneland racetrack, 3 miles from shops & restaurants, just minutes from scenic drives thru horse country. Private entry is through garage side door w/key to living area, including Roku TV, stereo, fridge, microwave, and sofa-bed for up to 4 guests (if sofa needed for 2 guests, please specify 3 as number of guests to trigger $10 charge for sofa, set-up and laundry.) Tesla/EV charging.

The space
Guests have access to a den adjacent to the bedroom, with sofa which also doubles as a bed for groups of 3-4. If more than 2 guests, please specify when booking and we will set up the sofa bed. If 2 guests prefer separate beds, also specify 3 guests on drop-down list to incur $10 charge but explain actual number (2) in your correspondence with me. All spaces NON-SMOKING.
