The apartment is very centrally located in Kiel in a traffic-calmed side street of Holtenauer Straße. Just around the corner are numerous shopping facilities & also a bus stop.

The apartment is in a nice old building. All rooms were completely renovated & renovated 3 years ago & equipped with beautiful plank floors. In the fully equipped kitchen, everything is welcome to be used:)

Make yourselves at home! Both bedrooms are equipped with blackout blinds. There is a smart TV in the living room that has a Netflix account ready for you. Also, the apartment has its own washing machine.
Also uses our communal garden in good weather.
