The Lodge is a unique space that offers amenities seldom found in our area. Located 1.4 miles from the W.E.C., 3 miles from Lake Cowan, to name a few, there is plenty to see and do within minutes of our location. Relax on your private deck (patio furniture) or stay in and watch a movie on the 55" 4k smart TV. Enjoy a serene country setting with tremendous views from every window. A great place to get away from it all. Once you stay, you will want to come back for another visit soon.

We have a second unit across the hall called The Tuscan that sleeps 4 as well. You can rent both units to accommodate up to 8 guests.

Heath is a local realtor, he also owns and manages several rental properties in Wilmington. Heath designed and built all the structures and landscape on our property. Heath holds an A & P license and formerly worked a combined 27 years at Wilmington Air Park holding various management positions, including Aircraft Maintenance Project Manager and Production Supervisor. Trish is a Physical Therapist Assistant and Therapy Program Manager at a skilled nursing facility.
We were married on our property in 2003. We have a son that graduated in 2018 and is living on his own now. We formerly utilized these spaces for family and friends to stay when visiting our home, we decided to convert them to dedicated Airbnb rentals. With 25 years of owning and managing rental properties, it is a great addition to our portfolio. We have enjoyed meeting all kinds of people and have made lasting friends since starting our Airbnb's.
