Rowan House is a spacious 3 bedroom period semi-detached with a lovely big garden. It is ideally located just on the northern outskirts of Durham City which is a 20 minute walk or short taxi/bus ride away from the historic centre. The 200ft garden with lawn, flower beds and wildlife areas are totally enclosed and private.

The house rooms are light and airy and feature paintings by the artist owner.

A conservatory at the rear offers lovely views over the big private and secure garden which provides a beautiful safe haven and play area children, adults, and dogs alike! This is relatively busy suburbia but once in the back garden you have lovely private tranquillity.

Downstairs there are two large reception rooms, kitchen and large conservatory. Upstairs there is a separate toilet, bathroom and three bedrooms. The house is fully carpeted in all the main living rooms. The kitchen has dishwasher, large fridge freezer and washing machine and large dual fuel cooker.

There is off-road parking for up to 5 cars. Features include: Fibre broadband, Wifi, multi-gym, table-tennis table, small pool-table and table football.
