Conveniently situated private studio in Tunis village, Fayoum, adjacent to a ceramic crafts school and pottery workshops, an artistic local tradition. The property is located strategically across from the scenic Qarun lake. Boutique shops & restaurants can be found along a 20 min walk, with famous spots such as Kom el Dikka & Lazib Inn only minutes away.
 
The studio overlooks a beautiful spacious garden where one can relax and enjoy the lush greenery and flowers, lounge by the pool in the sun or dine al fresco style in the patio. A fire pit can be used to warm chilly winter nights or as a grill. There is an additional outdoor bathroom for convenience.

The studio includes a semi-partitioned bedroom (double bed), a bathroom, kitchen and a living room with 2 couches that can accommodate sleeping 2 guests .

The rooftop is also accessible as a private outdoor space.
