The apartment is new, it is super equipped, it have 2 bedrooms a large living room a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, is suitable for families as well as for groups of friends. It is very close to major skiing areas such as Obertauern, Ainick, Grosseck Speiereck ski season is open from 1 December to 1 May. The area is a wonderful one because in front of the house, the Muhr River is suitable for hiking or kayaking in summer, and one of the longest cycling tracks in the area .

The train station is right in front of buildings somewhere at 20 meters where the steam train and train connect with Tamsweg, which is 4 km away. Inside the building there is a bicycle track. To the nearest Ainech ski area is 10 km and to Obertauern 25 km on the valley of the Muhr river.
