Villa Alba Chiara is a beautiful 250 m2 two-storey villa, 7 km from the Mount Athos gate, with a monastic architecture, panoramic sea view, a 90 m2 swimming pool, immersed in flowers, pines, olive, lemon and orange trees, in a 15.000 m2 estate.

The space
The villa has been totally renovated Fall 2017. The ground floor has a spacious living room with air condition, satellite TV and internet, dining area for 10-12 prs, open space fully equipped inox kitchen, lavatory, WC, big verandas with seaview, BBQ and outside dining area for 10-12 prs.

In the upper floor there are 5 renovated bedrooms and bathrooms: 4 with double beds and 1 with 2 single beds. All bedrooms have their private bathrooom: 3 are en-suite and 2 are private, right opposite to respective bedrooms. All rooms have access to veranda and garden with play area for children and a beautiful view to the Holly Mountain.

All bedrooms have spacious wardrobes, mosquito nets and air-conditioners. In each of the 3 double bedrooms there is an additional single sofa bed to sleep 3 more children up to 10 yrs old.

Hot water is provided from solars and electrical heaters. Bed linen, towels, iron and iron board are also provided. Bed linen and towels are changed once a week, free of charge. Toiletry (paper, soap, shampoo) and cleaning material (vacuum, bucket, broom, detergents) are also provided. The villa is self-serviced and delivered clean. Extra cleaning can be provided with extra cost at request.
