Our lovingly restored "Troadkasten" (a grain store from 1774) is located directly on our organic mountain farm at 1100 m above sea level in Gasen (in the district of Weiz in Styria). Where the fox and the rabbit say "good night."

The space
The equipment in the troad box does not lack any comfort! You will enjoy central heating (in the kitchen and bathroom underfloor heating, otherwise radiators) and a cozy fireplace in the living room, where you can watch from the leather couch from the fire while flickering.

The kitchen is well equipped, but something should be missing, just knock at the farmhouse, we are happy to help. In 10 or 15 minutes by car you will find supermarkets and excellent gastronomy.

The bedroom upstairs includes a double bed and two single beds. In the anteroom of the upper floor, two mattresses on the floor offer space for two more people.

Children are welcome to use trampoline (in the warm season), sandbox and toy vehicles.
We are happy to lend Lego, board games and books for rainy days. TV in the bedroom and W-Lan throughout the property are available.
The cats are already waiting for petting units.

Dogs are welcome in the troad box. However, please keep in mind that cats, chickens and ducks are free to roam! Your four-legged friend should definitely tolerate this!
