Avocado Home is a huge complex consisting of three cottages and one apartment:

Avocado Cottage II
Avocado Cottage III and
Avocado two bedroom apartment.

Avocado Cottage III, is a fully furnished studio cottage with all amenities. it consists of living area, work space, bed, attached bathroom, and kitchen and a terrace. It is situated in the Northern part of the city in a quiet area overlooking Shivapuri mountain. It's a lovely cottage suitable for peace loving couples.

The space
Avocado cottage III, is situated in the Northern Kathmandu at a perfect residential area with a quiet neighborhood. In Nepali culture, there is a saying "ATHITI DEVO BHABA" meaning 'Guests are form of God'. Therefore, we take a good care of our guests. Our guests' comfort is our priority and their satisfaction is our concern. Hence we are very serious in providing good services to our guests.
The Cottage sits in a huge premises which has an area extending 3000 sq m, which is beautifully landscaped. There are plenty of plants and bushes making the environment fresh and healthy. There are some species of birds in the garden whose chirping makes your morning enjoyable. This kind of environment in a polluted city like kathmandu is a privilege.

Avocado Cottage iii is located in the Northern suburb of Kathmandu city at a distance of 3.1 Kms from Narayangopal Chowk towards Budhanilkantha. There is a free parking space in the property for our guests.

Cottage is fully furnished and beautifully decorated. The bedroom has Queen sized bed with 8 inches spring mattress and comfortable pillows. Floor is carpeted. There is attached bathroom with beautiful tiles and has hot and cold shower all the time. We provide 2 sets of linen and 2 sets of towel but we provide toiletries just for the first day.

Sitting area is furnished with bamboo sofa set with appropriate cushions and a floor carpet. There is a cute and beautiful kitchen which has a counter slab space for cooking and also cupboards for utensils. It is also equipped with a fridge, gas stove, toaster, microwave oven, water heating jug and other utensils a complete list required for a kitchen.

There is a small terrace overlooking the garden and areas in the neighborhood. It is a pleasant sitting outside in the terrace. You enjoy your tea/coffee or your smoking if you are a smoker here in this place. There is a small lawn at the front of the cottage and a garden in the surrounding. There is also a side yard with bench which can be utilized for outdoor sitting. Whoever have been our guests once they have enjoyed our cottage, they have highly appreciated our service and comfort. Our Cottage is very cute and unique. Be our guest and make your trip memorable. Actually, this is a great privilege in a very low price in the context of Kathmandu city. So come and stay with us and enjoy the environment.
