Very charming apartment, freshly renovated, only 50 meters from the main sandy beach and within walking distance of cafes, shops and restaurants. It is located in the center of town so you can walk everywhere.

You can enjoy the large garden with a dining area under the trees, an outside shower and plenty of sitting space with privacy in all corners.

The space
The apartment is on the garden level of a two-storey traditional house.
The garden has several sitting areas including a dining table in the shade of citrus trees from which you can pick lemons, oranges, mandarines, grapefruits and pomegranate for your meals and drinks. It also has a large lawn where you can picnic or simply relax.

The apartment is right in the center of town, within walking distance from the harbour, the main sandy beach, and all shops, bars and restaurants. You can easily walk to the house even with a big luggage.
You won’t need to rent a motorbike nor a bicycle. But in the Summer when it is hot, it is convenient to have a bike.

During your stay

I will surely be there to welcome you in April, July and August, for Xmas holidays, and sometimes in the winter too, especially for Spetses' big sport events like the mini Marathon in October and the Spetsathlon in May. More info on www.spetsathlon.com.
