‘Viewpoint’ is a beautifully appointed residence for family groups of six or ten, with an adjoining apartment if desired.. The two can be rented separately or together. Situated on the Wild Atlantic Way, it overlooks Maghera estuary with stunning sea views. It is minutes from the popular Donegal town of Ardara.

The space
This beautifully decorated house provides bright, generous accommodation for family groups of up to six. It has three bedrooms, two double and one with two single beds. It can therefore sleep up to six people, but there is also an adjoining apartment, which can be added through a connecting door. The apartment sleeps four; one double room and one with twin bunks. The apartment and house can be rented together providing accommodation for large groups of up to ten people.

Sea views can be enjoyed from all bedrooms and living room. The living room has a wood stove, and panoramic views out onto the famed Maghera estuary. The majority of furnishings are new and have been carefully chosen. Furnishings include generous sofas, a dining table for six, television and easy chair.

The kitchen also seats six and has the usual amenities but no dishwasher. There is a washing machine and dryer in a utility room to the rear of the house.
There is one spacious bathroom and a very light, generous entrance hall.
Outside there is a deck area with table and chairs to one side of the house, and a barbecue area for use with the apartment only.
The apartment has its own kitchen/living area, television and bathroom and the two bedrooms.
A walled, ornamental garden lies between the house and the road, which takes only light, local traffic. Private, off-street parking for up to three vehicles.
The nearby town of Ardara, noted for its award-winning pubs and eateries, such as Nancy’s pub, is just a few minutes’ drive from the house. Slieve League, Europe’s highest sea cliffs, Glenveagh National Park, Mount Errigal and a wealth of other natural beauty spots lie in every direction, all within an hour. Horse riding, sea kayaking, surfing, hiking, a links golf course and cycling are all accessible.
