THE PERFECT BASE WITH SPACE:
Just a 5 minute walk to the river walk, a top cafe, a dairy & shops. Welcome to our warm, clean spacious Unit. A complimentary continental breakfast is included. All the comforts of home with extras, make this an ideal base for singles, couples, families, or business people. A desk and WIFI-internet are provided. The back door opens on to a sunny, private courtyard for your relaxation.

The space
This self-contained ground floor Unit has a separate entrance where guests can check-in via the Lockbox. Free off road parking is available alongside the Unit. Hosts live above but interaction will be limited to respect your privacy. Of course, we are happy to help in any way if asked.

The Unit comfortably accommodates 5 guests, (+ sofa bed in lounge). A large Lounge, Dining, Kitchen area welcomes you into this lovely Unit. The Unit is well insulated with air-conditioning in the lounge.

It is an easy 5-minute walk to the river where there is a River Walk & Cycle Track. The largest Shopping Mall in Hamilton (The Base) is only a 5-minute drive or 20-minute walk, and has an abundance of Restaurants, Fast Food Outlets, Movie Theatres and a Supermarket. A short walk from the Unit is the Golf Course, Bus Stop, convenience store and a fabulous award winning Cafe that does great coffee.

BEDROOM 1: Has a cosy comfortable Queen Bed with bedside tables and lamps, along with a walk-in Wardrobe and an Ottoman with extra blankets. There is also a full-length mirror, a set of drawers, heater and a digital alarm clock for your convenience.

BEDROOM 2: Has both a Queen and Single Bed. There is a sizable wardrobe with extra pillows and blankets along with a set of drawers, a large mirror, heater and a digital alarm clock.
NOTE: If required, there is a pull-out sofa bed in the lounge. A topper pad will be provided for your comfort if requested.

OPEN PLAN - KITCHEN/DINING/LOUNGE:
This is a lovely large open plan area that is light and bright. It is the hub of the unit with plenty of room to relax.

KITCHEN:
Full kitchen with Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Benchtop Oven, and 2 Hotplates. All necessities are provided in the kitchen including, Rice Cooker, Blender, Large Electric Frypan, Sandwich Maker, Toaster, Kettle, Coffee Plunger, Nespresso Coffee machine as well as the normal kitchen utensils – e.g. Pots, Pans, Crockery, Cutlery, Detergent and Soap Powder for Washing Machine (outdoor clothesline in courtyard). Pantry is stocked with condiments, tea, coffee, sugar and breakfast supplies. A servery with 2 x Barstools makes the perfect spot to eat your complimentary breakfast.

DINING:
A round, wooden extension table that seats 6.

LOUNGE:
Spacious, with comfortable seating. Includes Wifi, Stereo, TV with Freeview and DVD player. A bookcase has a library of DVD’s, Books and Puzzles for your enjoyment. A desk is also provided. The large slider which gives entrance to the front of the Unit, provides a lovely vista out to the garden whilst relaxing in the lounge.

BATHROOM:
Includes Vanity, Shower, Bath, Toilet, Wall Heater and Heated Towel Rail. Linen Cupboard in bathroom provides extra towels and linen if required. Other items include: Soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, moisturising lotion and hair dryer.

HOT WATER CUPBOARD:
Ironing Board, Iron, Vacuum, Drying Rack, Dustpan and Broom.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT:
Check-in time is after 3.00pm on day of arrival. Check-out time is 10.00am on day of departure. Late checkout by arrangement only.
