Quiet location in Berlin, Lankwitz suburb. You can walk 850m (11min) or take bus M11 to Lichterfelde Ost Bahnhof where you can take S-Bahn to city center in 18min or 8min with Regional Train. Shopping center and local restaurants in the area. Not much nightlife in the area since it's a suburb location but local pubs are open till late and you can take the train (trains ride all night) to the city center.
