A cozy, sun drenched studio apartment in the BEST neighbourhood in NYC. With its charming cobblestone streets, this neighborhood is full of designer boutiques, trendy restaurants and cool bars. It draws a fashionable crowd and frequent celebrity sightings. This historically artsy area is home to several jazz bars, cabarets, theaters and is a short walk from Meatpacking, Tribeca, Soho and Nolita.
The apartment is steps away from several subway stations giving you easy access to all of NYC & NJ

The space
The apartment is located in a very well maintained elevator building with a live-in super. It has plenty of natural light with no neighboring buildings obstructing the view or sunlight (a rare thing in dense NYC!) It also includes black out curtains and blinds for those leisurely mornings...or late nights.

Most importantly, this studio comes with a queen size bed and an especially comfortable mattress with a variety of pillow options from memory foam to regular hard or soft pillows.

Also included is a second sofa bed which converts into a proper double-bed and is prepared with an added 4-inch mattress topper for extra comfort. Please advise if you will need both beds prior to your arrival so everything is ready for you.
There are power bars alongside both beds to conveniently plug in all your electronics. Also available for use is a hair dryer, iron & handheld clothing steamer.
*All sheets and towels are professionally cleaned between bookings.

There is a big screen TV suspended on a swivel arm on the wall.

There are coat hooks on the walls, a shoe rack and a free-standing clothing rack with available hangers for your belongings.

You will probably enjoy most meals out at one of the many amazing NYC restaurants, however, if you decide to stay in, the kitchen is fully equipped with cooking pots and pans, handheld blender, water boiler, large bowls, bottle opener, cheese grater and other amenities.

I want to ensure you are as comfortable during your stay as you would be in your own home. If there is anything you need or have questions about, please let me know at any point during or before your stay.
