The apartment is totally renovated (July 2018) and consists of 1 room + living room (18m², 1 king size bed, 1 chair-bed and 1 auxiliary folding bed), fully equipped kitchen and bathroom.
It is energy-friendly and provides free Wi-Fi, smart TV, smart A/C, induction cooker (2 hobs), mini fridge (100lit), washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair drier etc.

The space
Cozy and “smart” apartment (36m²), located on the elevated ground floor, with a small balcony, in a quiet neighborhood (St. Constantine), just 7΄ walk to old Nafplion and the port, only 80m from the intercity bus stop and very close to supermarkets, grocery and supply stores, this apartment will make your stay in Nafplion easy and unforgettable. Ideal for families with 1-2 children.

The apartment is recently and totally renovated (July 2018), all furniture brand new, energy-friendly (A+ appliances and led lights) and provides free Wi-Fi, smart TV, smart A/C, hair drier, iron and ironing board.

The apartment consists of:

1. 1 room + living room (18m²):
It is equipped with 1 king size double bed (160x200), 1 chair-bed (easily be converted into a single bed, 80x190), table with 4 chairs and a small balcony. In case of 4th person there is 1 auxiliary folding bed (80x190).

2. Fully equipped kitchen:
It is equipped with induction cooker (2 hobs), mini fridge (100lit) with freezer, absorber, 1 small gas hob, 1 boiler, 3 cooking pots, 2 frying pans, 1 coffee pot, plates (plate/deep plate/side plate, 6 of each), 1 salad bowl, 4 breakfast bowls, forks, spoons, knives and plenty of other kitchen equipment for cooking and easy living.

3. Bathroom:
Solar water heater, spacious shower, toilet, washbasin and a big wardrobe (3-fold, with 9 drawers).

No Smoking policy, no pets allowed.

I will not be available meeting you during your stay in Nafplion but you can call me or sent me an airbnb message or email in any case.

ARRIVAL: You receive the KEYS from a small 4-digit SECURITY KEY-CASE, located on the LEFT of the building entrance (ATTENTION: on the right of the entrance there is a large black CASE with 3-digit code, THIS IS NOT YOURS).

KEY-SAFE CODE: You receive it by message 1-2 days before arrival.

DEPARTURE: You leave the keys inside the apartment (ON THE KITCHEN TABLE) and as you are leaving close the doors safely.
