Well-maintained spacious beamed summerhouse from the 1970s with plenty of space and large grounds. Large south-facing terrace for sun lovers - but also a north-facing with somewhat more shade. 700 meters walking distance to fine child-friendly beach with fine sandy reef/round stone in the water edge. 500 meters to the zoo and Emmedsbo plantation, a varied forest locally with good nature content. Good opportunities for recreational fishing on the coast.

The space
In addition to the 4 rooms with 8 beds in the house, there is an annex with 2 additional beds. There are duvets and pillows for 8 beds, but bring sheets, duvet and pillow covers yourself. One bathroom is newly renovated - the other is only used as a toilet. We've done a lot to make the house look bright, welcoming, and cozy. More dining areas outdoors. All windows and doors are new and thus dense! We expect our guests to leave the house as clean and tidy as they find it upon arrival.
