Small 17th century rural mansion completely renovated with swimming pool access (April to end of October), at the crossroads of Brittany, L'Anjou and Pays de Loire, located 12 km from Châteaubriant and 40 km from Nantes and Rennes.
The square tower is completely autonomous and includes on 3 levels an equipped kitchen, living room, suite and bedroom. Private garden,
quiet and relaxing place, ideal for discovering the Chateaux de la Loire, the Forest of Brocéliande and the beaches of the Atlantic.

Cocooning cottage in the countryside, ideal resting place. Located in the tower, the cottage is completely self-contained.
