Fishing, hiking, mountain biking, skiing in winter, the house is located 500m from a river, in a unique and intimate setting, where you can enjoy everything you need to rest : bathtub and outdoor shower (in summer) on the terrace under the trees, hammocks, swings, sunbeds, large outdoor dining table, Ping Pong table, large playground with children.
Simple and functional interior, everything is available to make you feel good. The house is located at the end of a small subdivision of a dozen houses, at the edge of the forest so you feel at PEACE...

Michele's house is in a beautiful place. We both enjoyed a week of peace, the view and all the space around the house. The house is on a forest slope at the end of a small road and is the tallest house. Therefore, you are very private here. The outdoor shower testifies to this. We were able to take an alfresco shower with a view of the valley.
For both of us, the house was wonderfully spacious and equipped with everything you could possibly need. During our stay, we discovered more and more of Michele's good attentions.
Nothing remains to be desired inside, but we were completely satisfied with the space around the house. Under the trees is a large table where we ate in the evening in the light of a candle at dusk; with only sounds on the river and a few cow bells in the distance. The tall trees offer a magnificent shade during the day and if you want to sit in the sun, there is a nice terrace with sun loungers a little lower on the slope. Hammocks, garden chairs, sun beds, it's all there. Oh yes, and table tennis is also possible.
From the house you can make lovely walks, through the Dessoubre valley or on marked routes in the vicinity. For restaurants, you have to get in the car or use the two bikes ready. In the hamlet of Rosureux, there are no other facilities; only the church bell faithfully keeps track of time.
After a week, we left, but we would like to return to this Jura paradise.

Het huis van Michele ligt op een prachtige plek. The two of us enjoyed a week of peace, the view and all the space around the house. The house is on a forest slope at the end of a small road and is the highest house. That makes you very private here. The outside shower testifies to that. For the two of us the house was wonderfully spacious and equipped with everything you may need and in the course of our stay we discovered more and more nice attentions from Michele.
Indoors, nothing remains to be desired, but with the space around the house we were completely happy. Under the trees is a large table, where we ate at dusk by candlelight in the evening; with the only sounds being the little river below and a few cow bubbles in the distance. The large trees provide lovely shade during the day and if you want to sit in the sun there is a little lower on the slope a lovely terrace with sun loungers. Hammocks, garden chairs, sun loungers, everything is there. Oh yes, and table tennis is also possible.
From the house you can make nice walks, through the valley of the Dessoubre or over marked routes into the further area. For restaurants, you need to get in the car or use the two bikes, which are ready. There are no other facilities in the hamlet of Rosureux; only the church bell faithfully keeps up with the times.
After a week, we moved on again, but we would like to come back to this paradise in the jura.
