The Grand Union Canal is but a short walk with an English 18th Century canal side pub Many historic attractions nearby, including Bletchley Park WW2 code breaking centre, Woburn Abbey, any visit could include Safari park and three spectacular golf course. Waddesdon Manor is a must se, historic home of the Rothschilds.

The space
Dell View is a large family home with a unique style & character. To the front the property is approached by a 150 yard gravel drive, with space for 5 cars, lined with a small orchard, many fruit trees, glorious oaks, camellia and hydrangea. The rear of the property allows private access to mature Knolls Wood. Woodland views are enjoyed from inside the house by a large tastefully designed conservatory bringing the outside inside. The house has five bedrooms. All are available to guests. The downstairs area is large open plan and could comfortably fit 2-8 house guests.I am a qualified Reiki Master and quantum touch therapist and invite you to have a relaxing session of therapy ( I only ask for a small donation to the cystic fibrosis trust charity for this service)

I have always felt privileged to live at Birdsong. We have deer, foxes, squirrels, owls and badgers,woodpeckers, fruit bats and many song birds. We are surrounded by beautiful mature trees & it's a short walk to stockgrove & Rushmere country parks .Our garden has its own private access to the Knolls Wood Plantation, beautiful for early morning walks.Treehouse & trampoline in the back garden fuel childrens imaginations but in the winter months we have lots of indoor games to keep everyone entertained. Log burners will keep you cosy on those cooler nights.Relax and unwind

I adore all my grand children, Im very lucky to have four and they have goven such joy since the day they arrived. I try to spend lots of my time in my garden and enjoy the challenge of me against the weeds.The remainder of my time is spread improving my golf handicap and checking on my husband. I couldnt live without my family and friends. I get very excited about traveling and love to explore new places. I love to host like minded people and treat everyone the way I would like to be treated and try my utmost to ensure they have a memorable stay.I am also a reiki master and hope everyone who stays here feels the love and positive energy . My life motto would be 'Live every day as if it were your last'

During your stay

The family live in the house and will be available most of the time during guests' visits. We have a travel cot & high chair. We also have various board games and childrens toys.
