One bedroom luxury apartment, fully renovated in 2018, situated 100 m. away from 2 amazing sandy beaches: Eglina Beach and Megali Ammos, about 15' drive from Argostoli. Located on the ground floor of a Kefalonian traditional home on a 6 sq.klm property by the beach, with exclusive use of a spacious patio. It is fully equipped with all necessary amenities and has free Wi-Fi. Every room is cooled/heated with separate A/C. Offers 1 bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom and small bedroom.

The space
The apartment offers one bedroom with two single beds, a living room with two built-in sofa-beds, a small kitchen, a private bathroom and a small play-room with a single bed. The bedroom includes an open closet, a vanity desk and an armchair. The living room includes two built-in sofa beds, an open closet, a desk and aTV set. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric cooker with oven, refrigerator, toaster, express boiler, and all necessary pots and pans. The bathroom has a shower.
The spacious exclusive patio has two built-in sofas with a coffee table, a dinner table and chairs. There is a shared open-air shower, fully protected from eyes, for those who wish to shower outside as they return from the beach. There is also a shared patio with sun-beds, dinner table and chairs and an open air BBQ for those who like to grill.
There is private parking space in the property. A car is necessary and highly recommended.

It has a beach bar and rental sunbeds and umbrellas. Megali Ammos is a beautiful large sandy beach with rental sunbeds and umbrellas. Both beaches are accessible on foot, 100 meters from the sea front door of the property. Spasmata beach, a sandy beach with crystal clear water, is 600 meters away, also accessible on foot. For those who like more popular beaches, the famous beaches of Makris Gialos and Platis Gialos are just 4 kilometers away.
Argostoli (the capital of the island) is 9 kilometers away and the Airport is 2 kilometers away. There are few restaurants and bars, as well as mini-markets for your supplies, within 5 minutes’ drive from the apartment (Ammes beach, Lassi).
