The house is away from the city noise, perfect for a getaway from traffic and crowd, yet 10-minutes drive to downtown. You can let the kids play around without worrying, you can watch them from anywhere inside the house and from the porch. You have all the amenities if you want to cook inside or grill outside. There's a washing machine, a dishwasher and clothes dry stand. For anything else you need, I'm always 15 minutes away.

The neighborhood is absolutely peaceful and serene, with lots of fresh air from the forest. Beautiful hills all around, in summer we have 2 bikes for the kids and at winter time 2 sleighs so kids can have a blast, while parents can watch them from indoors.
