You can reach the commercial city center and sightseeing sites in just 2 metro stops or for walking lovers in about 20 min. Supermarket, bakeries,bank,pharmacy and cafes/restaurants are all around

This 50 sq.m / 3d floor apartment makes the perfect stay for all seasons and all times of the day! Enjoy the white minimal setting during summer and control the lighting ambiance of the space during the night!
The apartment consists of a living room with a double sofa bed that can comfortably sleep 2 more adults, dining table, an amazing Bio-ethanol fireplace and 32'' LED TV, bedroom with Queen Size Bed with a very comfortable memory foam mattress, built-in spacious closet and a full body mirror, bathroom with cabin shower and a fully equipped separate kitchen that includes fridge/freezer, ceramic cook tops, microwave, kettle, espresso and filter coffee machine, washer/dryer and all the necessary kitchenware for preparing meals.

The apartment is equipped with a secure entrance door, Triplex glazing as well as blackout curtains and wooden roller shutters providing a great sleep. Air Conditioning is installed in both living room and bedroom covering the whole apartment.

The famous National Archaeological Museum which is a must visit when exploring Athens is only a 10 minute walk away. Victoria Metro station is located 3 minutes away with direct access to the Port of Piraeus and access to the airport. In just 2 stops you will be in Monastiraki from where you can walk to all the sightseeing sites, or in 3 stops you will be in Syntagma and in 4 in the Acropolis and Plaka. Alternatively, the commercial city center/tourist sites are within 10 to 30 minutes walking distance.
