Odlučio sam na djedovini obnoviti i zasaditi vinograde, pa sam odmah nakon fakulteta započeo s proizvodnjom vina. Uz vinariju, otvorio sam kušaonicu koja je ubrzo prerasla u restoran u kojem sam pripremam jela po autohtonoj recepturi. Našu vinsku priču zaokružili smo preuređenjem originalnih vinskih bačava u dvokrevete sobe. Namještaj za sobe, star preko 100 godina, većim sam dijelom sam restaurirao. Želimo da se naši gosti opuste i osjećaju kao dio naše obitelji.
