We are in Indaiá, residential and quiet neighborhood. The house is 1 km from the center, 700m from Indaiá Beach, 200m from the end of Tamoios Highway and junction to Ubatuba and São Sebastião/Ilhabela, 500m from the bus station and nearby we have supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, pharmacies, hospital, Municipal Secretariats, Fire Department and Police Station, which makes the streets safer.
