New tiny cabin furnished with all the essentials! 1 bedroom (queen), 1 full bath, laundry room, kitchen open to den with a comfy full size futon for extra sleeping and a large covered porch with a view! Sunset Point is nestled in a peninsula and is the only tiny house community on Lake Wedowee with 3 shared docks. . ***per COVID19 restrictions guests need to bring their own linens and clean property upon checkout***

Sunset Point is a one of kind tiny house neighborhood on Lake Wedowee. It's been featured on HGTV. It has 3 shared docks, a board walk around the community, covered pavilion with picnic tables and walking distance to a public boat launch. Don't miss a beautiful sunset on the doc...you won't regret it! It is a private quiet quaint family place. HOA has strict policies about 11pm quiet time. No loud partying, no open alcohol and trash on docks, leash laws enforced etc. This is a tiny house with limited parking (2 car max behind house). If reported for lude behavior guests are subject to police being called, additional fines, negative review and ban from future rental. Respecting others in this shared community is the key to this little piece of paradise!
