We offer you a sauna, some gym equipment and nearby there's also a lake with a fireplace. You can go fishing or borrow our small boat. You will have your own house complete with shower, toilet and a small kitchen. Our house is 30 minutes away from Luleå (with car) but there are buses several times a day.
Pets of all kind are NOT allowed!
Due to allergic problems.
Also perfect for winter, the house is fully insulated.

The space
In bedroom you have a doublebed, and 2 extra beds to use.
In the livingroom there are 2 sofa beds that makes room for up to 4 people.
There is a TV, and if you bring your computer you can hook it up to the tv using our hdmi cabel, and also use chromecast.
You have a nice woodheated sauna, where you can relax and feel good.
In summer you can borrow a small boat for fishing.
In Winter it is possible to go fishing on the lake. We have icedrill to borrow, and some fishing Equipment.
Of course you can bring your own snowmobile as well, there are lots of terrain for that.

The nearest full-time-living neighbor is 1 kilometer away so it's very quiet and peacefull around here. We have a big lake 200 meters from the house and we can willingly show you some places you can explore by yourself, such as Nävertjärn, Rosfors natural reservation, the village's egg factory, Klöverträsk lake, skiing/walking trail etc.The busride is only 40 minutes to the citya nd in the city you can eat at restaurants, take a drink, walk in parks, explore gråsjälören and gûltzaudden, and ofcourse; do some shopping.
