Guest cottage on a property just 3 min from Cooma which has great views of the mountains and of the town. There are 2 br, entrance area, living-dining area with wood fireplace, a small kitchen and bathroom. Main bedroom has QB, and 2nd, a QB + SB. Good stopover point on the way to the Mountains or a base for walking or biking on the property or in the district. Kitchen has microwave, fridge, electric frypan, toaster, sandwich maker, benchtop oven, and there is a private deck area with BBQ.

The space
There are a number of walks on the property that can be accessed from the cottage and we have chickens and sheep as well as kangaroos and wombats and the occasional echidna. It is a 40 min drive to Jindabyne and a further 30 min to the ski areas. The property is a 1 hr drive from Canberra and about 1.5 hours to the coast.
