Shaded front porch for sitting, sun dappled back porch w/ BBQ, deck chairs, veg. garden.

Central Avenue is in one of the first neighborhoods built when the mine town started to boom in the late '50's - early '60's. It was called Neighborhood #1 and later was called the 'The Trees neighborhood' due to many streets being named after tree species. Gentle hills, parks, area arena, beaches, and waking distance to walking trails, Miner's Memorial and the downtown core.

Hi all! I am a very happy Elliot Lake semi retired lady who, besides offering my home to summer visitors, officiates weddings in our area!

I am happy to offer my little "jewel" of a home with travelers and visitors to our lovely town in beautiful northern Ontario vacation land.

I had one unpleasant rental experience which necessitated two Police cars being called to my home by neighbors who feared for my home property and guest bodily harm. Luckily, all my other guests have treated my home with great care!
